The Fox Creek Benefited Water District (FCBWD) is a nonprofit governmental entity formed in 1978 for the purpose of providing water to the residents of Fox Creek Acres in Waukee, Iowa. Through expansion and acquisition, the FCBWD currently provides residential water services to the residents of Fox Creek Acres, Napa Valley Estates, Sugar Creek and a select few other homesteads in and around Booneville, Iowa. The total number of residential properties served by the FCBWD is 220.
